大熊控状内容
一、於2008年8月14日早上11点40 分，与乌赛里在州秘书办公室向一巫裔男子莫哈末英兰让收取5000令吉贿赂金。
二熊控状内容
一、於2008年8月16 日晚上7点15分，与乌赛里在大山脚一间酒店的餐馆，兩度向一巫裔男子莫哈末英兰收取5000令吉。
二、在同样的日期、时间和地点，向同一名男子索取10万令吉。
三、於2008年去年8月19日傍晚6点15分，与乌赛里在怡保一间茶室向同一名男子收取10万令吉贿赂金。
反贪污局是在去年8月19和20日逮捕两熊，指控他们收取贿赂，以便加速批准霹雳斯里伊斯干达（Seri Iskandar），一项耗资1亿8000万令吉的房屋发展计划的申请。
两熊都否认有罪，同时反起诉反贪局和《星报》并索偿1亿令吉。
2009年2月10日，以患病为由缺席推事庭，以至有关审讯被展延至6月。二熊由於未能出示医生证明书，推事庭因此向奥斯曼发出逮捕令。下午推事庭收到医生证明书后撤销有关逮捕令。
原本代表二熊辩护的7人律师团，于今天宣布退出辩护工作，代表律师转为阿都罗尼。
案件展延至6月15及16日审讯。将会继续追踪直至大结局，看看改革后的反贪局是否真正的独立运作，还是会因新首相上任而有“特赦”。

50 年来国阵一直执政大马，新加坡的人民行动党自独立后也一样一直执政新国。为什么在新加坡并没有听到强烈的“烈火莫熄”的运动？难道大马的“烈火莫熄”的运动只是马来西亚反对党的政治手段吗？还是国阵政府已经腐败到连“善忘的人民”（我个人认为是大量的人民）都不能接受的地步？看看近日来，警方对待和平示威的方式：逮捕，逮捕，再逮捕。警方可以滥权到明目张胆的地步甚至可以在无出示搜查令的情况下闯进私人范围，进行搜查，我行我素，横行霸道，本应该维护法纪的警方却成了不遵守法纪的“霸王”。只因为立法当局是由国阵控制，所以警方只要“揣摩”控制立法的国阵的心意，就能不需按法行事。逮捕人，不需要理由，连律师执行任务也要被逮捕！如此荒唐的事也能发生在一个自称“民主”的国家。若国阵的权利没有得到制衡，更荒唐的事还会继续的发生。如此腐败的政府需要被更换，我们不能期待一个烂苹果再多一些时间就可以变成香醇的美酒！再大量的人民，再多的宽容，也不能挽回已经病入膏肓的国家。整个政府，从在上的首相到警方再到公务员都需要被改变。首相在许多的案件中存着许多的疑问。警方与国阵的狼狈为奸，彼此不知廉耻的勾当更是从霹雳州变天事件中表露无疑。司法为了“揣摩国旨”作出违反公正的本份而做出扁担的判断，更是让人在双包大臣案看得一清二楚。公务员在国阵政府的“娇宠”下更是对人民百般放肆，目中无民。强势的国阵只能让这个腐败，瘫痪的政府愈烂愈臭。可能有一日，我们就能与缅甸媲美。我们可以大量，但我们不能善忘。强势国阵需要得到制衡，甚至替换，这是我们唯一的出路。

最近频频听到国阵议员说民联不民主，因为民主就是少数服从多数。在此想要对各位国阵的议员们说民主不只是少数服从多数那么的简单。若民主只是少数服从多数，那民主就是一个变相的多欺少，大欺小。民主就是以民为主，既是以“民”为主，每个“民”的情况都需要得到考量，无论那“民”是男女老少或是红黑黄白，每个民都应受到一致的对待。既然国阵的议员们认为民主就是少数服从多数，所以当我们听到在马来西亚为少数的印度同胞们表示他们受到边缘化时，我们不应该感到惊奇。当我们看到原住民表达政府没有照顾到他们的需要时，也不需要否认，因为这本来就是执政者对民主的认识。马来西亚经过了这一次霹雳州的变天事件后，一切的宪法被藐视，崇高的议会更是遭到一些胆大妄为的人践踏于地。霹雳变天事件中我们看到我们的权利并不能受到法律的保障，我国的法律有如虚设，可以随时随意被更改。因为民主是少数服从多数，所以多数者可以随己意来更改律法也不算为非法。在一个真正民主的制度里，少数群体的权益将受到宪法的保护。若是有受到欺压的，有立定的宪法为少数者讨回公道。民主因是在一个正义，公平的环境里，每个人的基本人权需要得到保障，为了维护每一个个体，多数应该保护少数。在一个民主的环境下，每个人都应该有一样的机会去充分地发挥他/她的天赋。

人家赞比里可以在一个早上完成上诉得回非法大臣之为，浩浩荡荡回到州行政处。而尼查也想要上诉，但却不能如赞比里般“加速”处理。我们平时到政府部门办事，不也和尼查一样吗？遭到政府官员诸多的刁难拖延？往往需要花上大半天来处理一些小事？但国阵的政府官员既敢在全世界众目睽睽之下如此双标准的处理这件事关重大的案件？赞比里提出时就是重要的案件，但是由尼查提出时却变得不那么重要了？可以拖到下周一？
我身在国外，前两周的周六因需要到该国的政府部门办理一些事。该部门于周六的办公时间是由早上九点至中午十二点。我在九点一刻抵达该部门，许多人已经在排队，而且队伍已经到了门外。当自己拿到号码时已经是９５号，心想这下得等到中午才能把事搞好！将近九点50分时已经轮到我了，而那位公务员只花了5分钟时间就把我的事给搞好了。抬头望一望墙上的号数表，已经是100号了。也就是说，此部门只用了1小时时间就服务了100个居民！看来此部门知道周六将会有较多的居民来办理事务，所以开放了所有的柜台，总共有14个之多。回想在大马的政府部门的公务员的服务态度及效率真是天渊之别。除了心酸就只有无奈。。。马来西亚何时才能有一个真正关心百姓的政府呢？
国阵腐败的政府已经到了极点，通过这一次霹雳州州议会的混乱情况及双胞大臣案更是把腐烂的仓疤表露无疑。尼查的上诉案被拖延正是一个活生生的例子，百姓也就是如此天天的受气。我们交了税，付了公务员的工资，但却遭到了有如“欠了债没还”的对待。尼查的例子，天天都在发生，也许我们已经习惯，所以也就见惯不怪了。我们只是草民，没什么价值，若要办事，就得要认识人，有关系才能把事办好。申请大学奖学金，即便是有卓越的成绩，在政府官员眼里还是不能拿奖学金到国外深造。如此的事件一次又一次的发生，但从来没有人需要负责，百姓们只能白白地受气受欺。纳吉的一个马来西亚，就是要打造一个属于“他的”马来西亚 — （Ikut Suka Aku) 。

A modern day bloodbath is unfolding on the small island of Sri Lanka, where a thousand civilians were reported killed over the weekend and tens of thousands of innocent people are literally at risk of being killed this week, as government and rebel forces battle it out over the last small patch of rebel held territory.
Now that the US has begun to increase its pressure, the solution to stopping this humanitarian disaster lies with Sri Lanka’s key donor and closest partner in the region — Japan. It has powerful political and economic influence over the Sri Lankan government and a swing vote at the UN Security Council, which up until now has turned a blind eye to this mounting catastrophe.
Click here to send a message to the Japanese Foreign Minister, who is deciding his government’s next steps. Japan cares about its international reputation and a flood of messages from abroad would encourage them to act. If Japan moves then the Sri Lankan government will be forced to immediately respond to protect civilians:

Enough with all the squabbles, there will be no end with the political stalemate brought into court. The losing coalition will never accept the ruling. This is what we have been seeing in the past three months. Both coalitions claim they have the support from majority of the Perakians. But who really does?
Dear Sultan of Perak, please dissolve the state assembly so the democracy can again be put into practice in this chaotic state. We want our normal lives back; we want the government to focus on the economy instead of the power grabbing. The voters are no longer kids, they can speak for themselves.

I totally agreed with Hindraf leader P Uthayakumar’s conviction that he would not thank the government for releasing him. The reason was simply that he should not be detained in the first place!
Well, should you thank the thief for returning your money? Of course not! That’s your money, and it should not be stolen from you in the first place!
Another example but more bizarre. Should you thank the rapist for releasing you after raping you? You got to be kidding me! Your right to protect your body and your mind has been snatched away from you. Someone who has been assaulted physically and mentally has the full right to sue the one who conducted such crime!

Unfortunately, what our fellow Malaysians experience today is no better than the above two disasters. Firstly, our money has been stolen for various projects allegedly meant to support the cronyism and nepotism!
